We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are happy for you to return any items as long as they are in original, new, unworn and resellable conditon and still have all tags attached. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Neither can we accept items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Return postage needs to be paid for by the customer. We recommend selecting a tracked service. Postage cost will be deducted from your return, irrespective of whether you had free postage at point of order.
To start a return, you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, items you wish to return and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

in your return package. Packages without this information are extremely difficult to track down and process and a refund will not be able to be issued.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving items back.
If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us, the import fees and a restocking fee of £15 will be deducted from the refund, alongside the original shipping fee.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and not by fault of the recipient. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know by sending an email to:
If you do not contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This should normally reach you within 14 days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. This is irrespective of you having free shipping at point of sale or not. You pay for a tracked service when you purchase from us. Please note, we will deduct the actual shipping cost, so if your parcel cost more to send than our standard rate, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and as a small business we simply cannot absorb this. We will provide you with proof of shipping cost upon request.
Very occasionally items are faulty or damaged. If you think this is the case please contact us as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges if you contact us 14 days after receipt of your order.
Return postage will only be reimbursed for items deemed faulty or damaged at point of receipt.
