Shipping Details 

All of our orders are shipped from the UK and fully tracked. We ship worldwide! We usually use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD but there is an option for UPS delivery at checkout for orders outside of the UK.

Shipping is FREE in the UK if you order is more than £75

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase, though please bear in mind that any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next working day. 

Please also kindly note that all of these are just guidelines and once a parcel leaves our doorstep, it is out of our hands. 

Particularly for international parcels, once a parcel has arrived at the country of destination, it will be your country's local postal service's responsibility to track and deliver it. If your parcel is taking longer than usual to arrive, please get in touch and we'll do our best to assist you in tracing it.


Due to the impending exit from the EU in January 1st 2021 - we are unable to offer free shipping at this moment in time.

Please note that customs, taxes and administration charges now apply on EU orders. 

If you refuse your parcel and it is sent back to us a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund.

Countries within the EU are Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands) and Sweden.

Delivery Cost

UK: £4.50 (2-3 working days)
Free when your order is over £75
Express UK shipping: £5.95 (1-2 working days)
Europe: £15 (please note we cannot give an estimate of how long shipping will take at this time due to the exit of the UK from the EU)
Worldwide: £25 (please allow up to 15 working days for delivery)

- Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are independent of the total cost of your purchase and delivery, and payment is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that we cannot deliver to addresses with PO Box numbers. Please provide an address that is not a PO Box address to avoid delays.

Returns or Exchanges
We hope you love your order from We The Gentle Kind, but if there are problems please let us know immediately and we will do our best to help. We are happy for you to return any items as long as they are unworn and still have all tags attached. Please return them within 14 days of receipt. Please note we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Neither can we refund items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery. Return postage needs to be paid for by the customer. We recommend selecting a tracked service.
